How To Complete the LifeData App Surveys

Check your notifications

You’ll get a notification in the morning and evening for 30 days.

You'll get an additional mid-day notification on 2 of the 30 days.

Each survey will remain available for 4 hours after the initial notification.

Open the LifeData app

Tap the notification or open the app directly.

Answer a few questions

Each survey only takes 2–3 minutes.

Submit your responses.

Make sure you press “Submit” at the end.

Repeat – You’ll do one survey in the morning and one in the evening during the 30-day period. On two days during the 30-day period, you'll do one mid-day survey in addition to the morning and evening surveys.
Tips for Success

Turn on app notifications and keep your phone charged.

Find a routine: many participants complete one survey after waking up and one before bed.

If you miss a survey, just complete the next one when it appears.
